DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final rejection of claims
1-4 which are all of the claims in the application. We affirm-in-part.

The claims on appeal are directed to a collapsing frame in an apparatus for manufacturing thin
Application for patent filed December 8, 1993. According to the appellant, the application is a continuation1
of Application 07/945,781, filed September 16, 1992, now abandoned.
