Appeal No. 95-4369 Application 08/117,242 The rejection of claim 57 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Jowitt, Bowen and Brewer, Jr. is reversed. The rejection of claims 73 and 83 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Jowitt, Bowen and Brewer, Jr. is reversed. The rejection of claim 74 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Jowitt, Bowen, Brewer, Jr. and Griffin is affirmed. We note the anomaly of the affirmance of the rejection of dependent claims and the reversal of the rejection of those claims from which they depend. This is due to the examiner’s failure to apply the Griffin reference to the broader claims. AFFIRMED-IN-PART LEE E.
