Appeal No. 97-1144 Application 08/326,608 DECISION ON APPEAL This is an appeal from the refusal of the examiner to allow claims 4 and 7 through 13. Claims 5 and 6, the only other claims remaining in the application, stand objected to by the examiner, but are otherwise indicated to be allowable if rewritten in independent form. Appellants’ invention pertains to an improvement in a textile bobbin winding machine. An understanding of the inven- tion can be derived from a reading of exemplary claim 1, a copy of which appears in the appendix to appellants’ brief.
