Accordingly, we do not sustain the examiner's rejections of
claims 1 through 4, 7 through 10, 13 and 14 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 utilizing Helver as the primary reference.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject
claims 1 through 4, 7 through 10, 13 and 14 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 is reversed.
