An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claims 1 and 14, which appear in the appendix to the appellants' brief. The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Moens 4,224,377 Sep. 23, 1980 Kobayashi et al. 4,565,840 Jan. 21, 1986 (Kobayashi) Destree et al. 4,883,713 Nov. 28, 1989 (Destree) Claims 1 to 10 and 13 to 23 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Moens in view of Kobayashi. Claims 11, 12, 24 and 25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Moens in view of Kobayashi and Destree.
