As shown in Figure 1, the rack includes a plurality of shelves 12 containing numerous apertures 13 in which spindles 14 can be inserted. On or near the outer edge of each shelf 12 is a wire guide 16 through which wire from a spool of wire can be drawn. After the scope and content of the prior art are determined, the differences between the prior art and the claims at issue are to be ascertained. Graham v. John Deere Co., 383 U.S. 1, 17-18, 148 USPQ 459, 467 (1966).
