Claims 1, 10 and 16 are representative of the subject matter on appeal and a copy of those claims, as they appear in the appendix to the appellant's brief, is attached to this decision. The prior art of record relied upon by the examiner as evidence of obviousness under 35 U.S.C. § 103 are: Kluck 3,315,394 April 25, 1967 The absorptive materials admitted on page 7 of the specification to be well known Claims 1 through 7 and 10 through 22 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, as failing to adequately teach how to make and/or use the invention, i.e., failing to provide an enabling disclosure, and failing to provide a written description of the invention.
