Appeal No. 95-3117 Application 08/096,207 This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 of an examiner’s rejection of Claims 23, 24, 28, 29, 34-37, 43, and 46. The examiner allowed Claims 47-53 (Paper No. 26), the only remaining claims in this application.
