The following is a new ground of rejection which was made in the Examiner's answer. The specification stands objected to under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, for failing to provide an adequate written description of the invention. Claims 1, 5, 6, 9, 11 and 12 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, for the reason set forth in the objection to the specification. Claims 1, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12 through 15 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Takagi in view of Hirahara. Claims 1, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12 through 15 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Takagi in view of Toriumi. Claim 3 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Takagi in view of Tanimoto.
