Claims 9-12 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, based on the disclosure being inadequate to support claims directed to use of a global positioning system. 2. Claims 8-12 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the invention. 3. Claims 1, 3 and 5-7 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being anticipated by the disclosure of Furukawa. 4. Claims 4 and 10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over the teachings of Furukawa taken alone. 5.
