Since this screening effect is, according to Satoh, "specific to fluorine rubber" (col. 7, line 27) and, insofar as we are aware, not exhibited by fluorine-containing resins , 4 we find no motivation in Satoh for one of ordinary skill in the art to make the fluorine-containing resin inner layer of Igarashi ‘906 of the same thickness as the inner layer of Satoh. In the present case, the structure claimed by appellants differs from that disclosed in the prior art in that particular ranges of thicknesses and thickness ratios are recited.
