being anticipated by Ragland is reversed.

U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Ragland is reversed.
The rejection of claims 18-20 and 22 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 as being unpatentable over Ragland in view of Morrell is
reversed.
