We will accordingly not sustain rejection (3). Rejection (4) This rejection will not be sustained, since the combination of Copeland and PAT does not overcome the deficiencies of each as discussed above with regard to rejections (2) and (3). Rejections (5) to (8) The secondary references applied in these rejections do not render obvious what we have found above to be lacking in Copeland and/or PAT. Rejections (5) to (8) will therefore not be sustained.
