The transceivers of a cellular base station connect with portable cellular telephone sets, they do not connect with other cellular base stations as recited by claim 1 (or, at least, the Examiner has not established this fact). Moreover, we do not find the motivation in Fujii to do what the Examiner proposes. Accordingly, the rejection of claims 1 and 5 is reversed. Gillig is considered to disclose the limitations of claim 46. The only possible difference is the cordless base station "including two transceivers." One of ordinary skill in the art would have appreciated that the cordless base station 180 in Gillig must have two transceivers: one for transmitting and receiving over the telephone line to the telephone company and one for transmitting and receiving over the wireless channel to the handset. Since claim 46 would have been obvious over Gillig, it would have been obvious over Gillig and Fujii. In any case, however, Appellant does not argue the rejection of claim 46.
