DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final rejection of claims
10-23. The remaining claims in the case, claims 1-9, have been withdrawn from consideration pursuant
to a restriction requirement. We reverse.
