Appeal No. 97-1020 Application 08/229,650 This is an appeal from the rejection of claims 1 to 3 and 6 to 11, all the claims remaining in the application.2 The claims on appeal are drawn to a baby blanket which is adapted for use with a baby or infant car seat, and are reproduced in the appendix of appellants' brief. Rejection (1) 2The appeal was taken from the second rejection of claims 1, 2, 6 to 9 and 11 to 13 in Paper No. 9.
