(Nagae) 5,164,287 Nov. 17, 1992 Japanese Abstract (MITA) 5,125,323 May 21, 1993 THE REJECTIONS Claims 7, 9, 11, 13 through 42, 44 through 50 and 52 through 67 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over the admitted prior art in view of Nagae. Claims 68 through 71 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over MITA in view of Nagae. OPINION We have carefully considered all of the arguments advanced by appellants and the examiner. We agree with appellants that neither of the aforementioned rejections is well founded.
