Conclusion
The rejection of claims 1-6 and 10-16 under 35 U.S.C. §
103 as being unpatentable over Pate and Morse is reversed.
The rejection of claims 7-9 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over Pate and Morse and Shelley is
reversed.
