Claims 8-10 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Kinoshita, Taguchi, and Ogawa. The Invention The invention is directed to an electronic still camera with a two-level push button that controls first and second switching operations, and to a picture processing method making use of such a camera. Claims 7, 15 and 17 are the independent claims and are reproduced below: 7.
