DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 16, 19 through 21, which are all of the
claims pending in this application. Claims 1 through 15, 17,
18 and 22-27 have been canceled.
The appellant's invention relates to a method of
manufacturing a structural support member. An understanding
