claim 12.) We agree with appellant that Kondo does not teach the use of the difference in
the motion vectors. Therefore, we will not sustain the rejection of claim 12 nor its
dependent claims 32 and 13.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the Examiner to reject claims 8-13 and 25-32 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
