On pages 3 and 4 of the AMENDED APPEAL BRIEF (hereafter, “brief”), it is indicated that claims 1, 4, 7, 13, 17, 18, 23 through 25, and 28 through 35 stand or fall together (claims 1, 13, and 18 are the independent claims in the application), that claim 36 stands of falls alone, and that claims 5, 6, 12, 15, 16, 21, 22, 26, and 27 stand or fall together. In light of 37 CFR 1.192(c)(7), we select claims 1, 36, and 5 from the specified groupings for review on appeal, with the remaining claims of the respective groups standing of falling therewith.
