Appeal No. 98-0606 Application 08/553,603 Wells 3,857,134 Dec. 31, 1974 Braga 3,105,544 Jun. 16, 1982 (German Patent Document)2 The following rejections are before us for review: (1) claim 14, under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite; (2) claims 1, 2, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 18, under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b), as being anticipated by Wells; and (3) claims 3-7, 9, 11 , 13, and 15-17, under 35 U.S.C. § 103,3 as being unpatentable over Wells in view of Braga.
