An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claim 1, which appears in the appendix to the appellant's brief. The prior art references of record relied upon by the examiner in rejecting the appealed claims are: Keller et al. (Keller) 4,074,498 Feb. 21, 1978 Brightwell 4,715,162 Dec. 29, 1987 Onysko et al. (Onysko) 4,974,389 Dec. 4, 1990 Scarlett 5,323,584 June 28, 1994 Claims 1 through 19 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over any of Scarlett or Onysko or Brightwell in view of Keller.
