               In light of the above, we will not sustain the standing                
          35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 25-28, 30, 31, 33, 34, 44               
          and 45 as being unpatentable over Ferguson in view of Kuehne.               
               The decision of the examiner is reversed.
