Claims 31 through 35, 37 through 41, 43, 45 and 46 stand
rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102 as being anticipated by Cocks.
Claims 36, 42 and 44 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103
as being unpatentable over Cocks.
