JUDGMENT UNDER 37 CFR § 1.662
Yoshinaga et al., the junior party, has filed a request
for entry of an adverse judgment (Paper No. 63) pursuant to 37
CFR § 1.662(a). Accordingly, judgment is hereby entered as
follows:
Judgment as to the subject matter of the sole count in
issue is hereby awarded to Nagasuna et al., the senior party.
Yoshinaga et al. are not entitled to either their patent
claims 1-10 or their reissue claims 1-12, all of which
correspond to the count.
