After fully conssidering the record in light of the arguments presented in the appellant’s brief and reply brief, and in the examiner’s answer, we conclude that the appealed claims are patentable over the combination of references applied in the final rejection. On page 5 of the answer, the examiner explains the basis for the rejection as: It is felt that one of ordinary skill would be aware of techniques for forming both metal and plastic implements.
