unpatentable over Niebuhr in view of Busch (rejection (b)) is
affirmed.
The rejection of claim 7 as being unpatentable over
Niebuhr in view of Busch (rejection (c)) is also affirmed.
All other rejections are reversed.
The decision of the examiner is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
