Scheuffgen exemplifies such a substitute beeswax composition comprising glyceryl trihydroxystearate and glyceryl monohydroxystearate, and having an iodine number of 4.5 (column 5, example VIIIa, Table 1). (3) Dependent claims 2, 4, 10 through 12, 24 and 26, require that the fat composition consists of both glyceride system A and glyceride system B.
