(I) Claim 1 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over McCartney;
(II) Claim 1 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over McCartney in view of Hirano and either
Siegmund or the APA; and
(III) Claim 1 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as
being unpatentable over the APA in view of McCartney and
