          we shall reverse the standing rejection of claims 1, 6 to 9,

                                     CONCLUSION                                       
               The decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1, 6 to 9,               
          11, 12, 15, 18, 20, and 21 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 over Tsunoda               
          in view of Hilsum is reversed.
