              The rejection of claims 1 through 16  under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being                                       
              unpatentable over Ettlinger in view of Kostansek, Bilimoria, Abolins and Perry’s is                        
              reversed.                                                                                                  
              The decision of the examiner is reversed.
