sustain the
35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 33 through 36.
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claims 1 through 11, 13 through 27, 29 through 37
and 45 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, is reversed,
and the decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 1 through
11, 13 through 27, 29 through 32, 37, 38, 40 through 46 and 48
through 52 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed; however, the
decision of the Examiner rejecting claims 33 through 36 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
