(EP ‘280) 0 268 280 May 25, 1988 (European patent application) THE REJECTION Claims 2, 3 and 9-13 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over EP ‘280 in view of Epstein ‘859 and Epstein ‘358. OPINION We have carefully considered all of the arguments advanced by appellants and the examiner and agree with appellants that the aforementioned rejection is not well founded. Accordingly, we reverse this rejection.
