element in Falco. The rejection of claim 7 is sustained.
CONCLUSION
The rejection of claims 3, 6, and 7 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 112, first paragraph, is reversed.
The rejection of claims 1 and 3-8 under § 112, second
paragraph, is reversed.
The rejections of claims 1, 3-5, and 8 under § 103 are
reversed.
The rejection of claims 6 and 7 under § 103 is
sustained.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
