(Chen) 5,096,465 Mar. 17, 1992 THE REJECTIONS Claims 1, 5, 6, 10, 12, and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as being clearly anticipated by Chen. Claims 1 through 14 and 26 through 30 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Chen in view of Rohrig. Claim 5 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, as being indefinite for failing to particularly point out and distinctly claim the subject matter which applicant regards as the invention. Claims 1 through 14 and 26 through 30 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. 112, first paragraph, for lack of enablement.
