Both related and copending applications1 are also before us on appeal (Appeals No. 1997-1991 and 1997- 2384, respectively). Appellants' invention relates to a composition comprising a dispersion of a polyurethane in water and a method of preparing the composition. An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claims 1 and 8, which are reproduced below. 1.
