Appeal No. 1997-2898 Application 08/368,239 Claims 1-3, 5, 9-11, 13, 17, and 19-25 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Himelstein. Claims 4, 6-8, 12, and 14-16 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Himelstein in view of Fuller. Rather than repeat the arguments of Appellants or the Examiner, we make reference to the brief and the answers for 2 the details thereof. OPINION After a careful review of the evidence before us, we will sustain the Examiner's rejection of claims 1-3, 5, 7, 8-11, 13, 15-17 and 19-25 under 35 U.S.C. § 103, but we will reverse the rejection of claims 4, 6, 12, and 14 on appeal for the reasons set forth infra.
