electroluminescent light source, and superimposed on said
source, a fluorescent, retroreflective film.
11. A composite structure comprised of an
electroluminescent light source and, superimposed on said
light source, a retroreflective sheet and, superimposed on
said retroreflective sheet, a translucent or transparent
fluorescent film.
