the invention recited in claim 10, we are constrained to reverse the examiner's 35 U.S.C.
§ 103 rejection of independent claim 10 and claim 11 which depends therefrom.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1, 3-9, 14-17, 20, 21, 23-
28, 32 and 34-37 under the first and second paragraphs of 35 U.S.C. § 112, claims 1, 3, 4, 6,
7, 14-17, 20-28, 32, 34-38 and 40 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and claims 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11,
14-17, 20-28, 32, 34-38 and 40 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
