The examiner’s reply follows: Kramer teaches that the sensor signals can also be used as inputs to appropriate control units, see column 8, lines 55+. It would have been obvious to one of ordinary skill in the art at the time the invention was made that in the case of dump bins an ‘appropriate control unit’ would control the dumping thus terminating the dump in case of an over range signal. (Examiner’s Answer, ¶ 11.)
