DECISION ON APPEAL
Appellant has appealed to the Board from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 to 18,
which constitute all of the pending claims in the case before us.
BACKGROUND
The subject matter on appeal is directed to a power source circuit for a portable electronic
device (i.e., TV, VTR, or phone) having a triangle wave voltage oscillator and a fixed-frequency,
