we shall also sustain the examiner's rejection of claims 8 and 11 as being unpatentable over
Troth.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 112,
second paragraph, claims 1, 2, 4, 9 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) and claims 8 and 11
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed. The examiner's decision to reject claim 6 under
35 U.S.C. § 102(b) is reversed.
