under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over Fuller in
view of Isono and Thorn.
Claims 9 and 17 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103
as being unpatentable over Fuller in view Thorn and Isono and
further in view of APA.
