Appeal No. 1998-1002 Application No. 08/390,175 wherein the colors of the sheeting material and the colors and quantity of the embedded particles employed in the in the [sic] sheeting are such that an aggregate mixture of the sheeting and embedded particles has an over-all color that approximately equals the first color of the sheeting material. (Heckel) 5,154,868 Oct. 13, 1992 THE REJECTIONS Claims 1 through 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Sachs in view of Charlton, Gembinski and further in view of Heckel. OPINION We have carefully considered all of the arguments advanced by appellants and the examiner and agree with the appellants that the aforementioned rejection under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is not well founded.
