Appeal No. 1998-1289 Application 07/906,492 § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Ware in view of Nelson and Overbeck. Claims 31 through 40 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Adams in view of Bache and the Italian reference.
