in response to the skin-colored portion being
detected in an in-focus condition, for controlling
exposure so that an exposure of the skin-colored
portion signal is appropriate.

§ 103 as obvious over Imai in view of Haruki. Rather than

OPINION
In reaching our decision in this appeal, we considered
the subject matter on appeal and the rejection advanced by
