Appeal No. 1998-2179 Page 2 Application No. 08/433,231 BACKGROUND The appellant's invention relates to a process and to an apparatus for storing stackable, sheet-like blanks wherein the blanks are delivered individually one after the other to an intermediate store which comprises a stack of the blanks and then withdrawn from the intermediate store and fed in a continuous stream to a winding station where they are wound into a roll (specification, page 2). Further understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claims 1 and 12, which appear in the appendix to the appellant's brief.
