Appeal No. 1999-0445 Application No. 08/351,583 specification, was sufficient to convey to one of ordinary skill in the art that the appellant was in possession of the invention now recited in claim 4, i.e., a noncontact tonometer comprising, inter alia, a processing means as recited in the last paragraph of claim 1 which monitors a gradient in the standard pressure curvature and a gradient in the pressure changing curvature at the time detected by the time detection means.
